My first overnight away from home!

I just got back from Portland where I got to see my cousin Weston, Aunt Ali and Uncle Ryan! I had the most fabulous time doing all sorts of new things. We got to stay in a hotel where I got to sleep in a big bed with my mommy and take a bath in a big, bright bathroom! We went to look at new houses for my cousin and we found the most wonderful park nearby. It was full of geese and had a big pond and swings! I was such a good boy in the car all the way there and back, I slept the whole time and hardly cried at all. I think this should put the seal on doing a very long vacation to some nice weather this winter! I am ready!

I am officially famous! I got my picture in the Skagit Valley Herald yesterday for being the fifth generation of my Great Great Grandma White's family! I was so excited when my mommy told me! I had a very good weekend, on Saturday I went to lunch with my mommy and her friend, then my mommy had to go to work so Grammy and Grampy came over to babysit me. We had a very good time together! Sunday I was very tired, so I took a nap in my parents bed, it is much more comfortable then mine. Then, my Grandpa George and Grandma Joyce came over to visit me, we played on the floor for a long time, I showed them how much I have grown and how strong I am getting and I was SUCH a happy boy! I better be going, I am starting to get in a very bad mood!

another great day...

Good Morning! I had the most wonderful day yesterday once again! Mommy and I did lots of errands for daddy in the morning, it is tough being so busy! When we got home, I took a long nap and mommy started working the garden. I thought I better wake up and help her, so I moved my nap outside and directed her from my stroller. When we were all done, Grandpa George came over and he had on the softest gray coat, I had no choice but to fall asleep right on his shoulder. Now that I am five weeks old, I sleep in my own room at night, when I need something, I cry, and mommy or daddy help me then I go right back to sleep. Everyone is in a much better mood around my house now. I better go, we have another busy day ahead of us!

Happy Easter! Today is my very first Easter holiday! I was such a busy boy. Mommy and Daddy took me to my Grandpa Zeigen's house where I got to meet my Great Grandma Zeigen for the first time! I loved her so much and was such a good boy when she held me. Then, I got to go to my Great Aunt Nancy VanPelt's house where there were even more people to meet. I got a little bit tired here, so I took a nap, but I had good time anyways. Later, my Grandma Joyce and her mommy, my Great Grandma Trudy came over and she held me for so long, I loved to look at her and smile, she was so nice! I even got some Easter presents! Some scratch tickets and a dump truck book! What a great day, I can't wait for my next holiday!

I decided to have my first night of keeping mommy up! We stayed awake from 1:30 until 5:30 in the morning, there is so much for me to see and do that I just could not sleep! Finally, when daddy left for work at 5:30, mommy decided she had enough and put me in my bed in the nursery. I tried to make her feel very guilty for a few minutes by exercising my lungs, but then I realized that I really was quite tired and I should try and get some rest! So today I am recovering on the couch with my phone and remote... what a life!

Hello! It is my very first post on my own blog! My name is Spencer Jack and I was born March 7th, making this my four week birthday! I am getting so big, I am already outgrowing some of my newborn clothes! I am loving my life so far, my favorite things to do are sleep, eat, and get my diaper changed quite often! I am a VERY happy boy and I love to smile at my mommy and daddy. When I am awake, I love to be held, and it is said that I am quite the cuddle bug! Well, I better be going for now, I am getting very sleepy!
