A little morbid...

After all of the madness of opening
presents "died" down...
I found something quite
ordinary that I became infatuated with...
Grandma has a leather ottoman
that opens up, I figured this out below...

I discussed it with Weston,
we decided I should try it out...
it looked just about the right size.
And... voila!
My new favorite thing!

I played and played in here,
I even let mommy shut the top
a couple of times.

Then it dawned on everyone
that it looked a little bit too much
like something else...

I am so silly!
Who needs new presents when you
have one of these? :)

Christmas!

For the second year in a row,
I have had a wonderful Christmas!
My family and friends were more then
generous with me...
Here I am with my cousin Weston
at Grandmas house Christmas
Morning tearing in...

An Elmo Farm!
Could I be any happier??!!
Grandma got me an oversized
Elmo book that doubles as a pillow!
I decided to try it out,
and as I suspected, I LOVED it!

Opening all of those presents works
up an appetite!
Here I am having Christmas lunch
with mommy and papa!

Here are my mommy and my
aunties (chi-chis) as I like
to call them...
a long awaited reunion!
What a wonderful day!

SNOW

I have pneumonia in my right lung!
Mommy, daddy and I spent four hours
in the ER Saturday night finding this out...
I had been feeling a little under the weather,
and now we finally know why!

Mommy and I killed some time at grandmas
looking at some old holiday photos...
my favorite thing to do?
Look at pictures of myself, and say...
"ME!" with my index finger at my chest...

A little pneumonia cant keep me down from
constantly staring out the window saying "SNOW"
and "ning ning ning" with the cutest little
scrunced up face in the world...
(see below for an explanation...)

Grandma finally took me out to see the
choo choo train (or "ning ning ning" (think train signal) as I like to say)
that Grandpa Bobby had
so kindly set up in the yard JUST for me!
Thank you!!

Festival of Lights...

Well, I may not be a traditionally practicing
Jewish boy...
BUT, I do think it is important to be
culturally aware and respect my
Poppy and honor my Oma...
So I will celebrate for all of you!!

The Grizzwold Family...

Anyone that knows my papa knows that he
goes big for Christmas decorations!
He has a huge manger scene,
snow globe, reindeer, and NOW...
a Santa Claus!
Here are Grandma and I showing it off!

Lights of Christmas

Last night I went with mommy,
Papa, Grandma, Weston and Auntie
to the Lights of Christmas Festival
at Warm Beach!
Here I am on papa's shoulders
taking in all of the sights...

Giddy up cowboy! My first time
riding a REAL horse!

Now to my favorite part...

I was driving my very own
"choo choo" "ning ning ning"

Papa and mommy took me
on a big train too!
I just couldnt get enough!

Then they MADE me go see
Santa, although I was much more
interested in the toys in his
workshop...

I managed to give him a "hi-five",
"knuckles", score a candy cane,
and be on my way!
I had such a great time, thanks Papa and Grandma!

Here I am with my second cousins

photo opportunity!

Halloween

For Halloween, mommy took me downtown
trick-or-treating with THREE of my grandmas,
THREE of my grandpas, AND my cousin.
Here are papa and I scouting out the route...
The Grandma gives us some
lessons on how to properly trick -or-treat

I think I've got it!
Thanks Mr. Lincoln

I finally convinced mommy
to let me taste for myself
all of this stuff everyone
kept raving about...

As you can see in the picture,
I am much more concerned about
what is happening to my dum dum
then posing for the picture,
but it sure was fun to see
Poppy and Grandma Cindy!

The icing on the cake was stopping by
"Bobby's" work...
West and I finally understood
why he likes to work so late...

What a great day,
I cant wait until next year!

Spooky!

Grandma Cindy took these pictures of me yesterday
right after my nap....
Mommy thought the spooky hair was totally
appropriate for Halloween today!
I dont even need to dress up!
Only I could make this look cute!

My first costume party!!!

I know its still a little early
for Halloween... but,
on Sunday I got to go to my first
official costume party!
Baby Reed turned one, and costumes
were required!!!

Here is mommy happy that I did not
scream while she and papa tried to
turn me into Elmo!
I guess I do look pretty cute...

Up and about, being Elmo
gave me all sorts of new courage!

I dont exactly remember, but I would almost bet
that papa and I are reading an Elmo book!
Cant wait to trick or treat tomorrow!

fun at the pumpkin patch!

pumpkin patch

Grandma took me to the pumpkin patch
today! It was such a gorgeous afternoon!
They had a haystack with a very tall
slide that I got to explore!

Then, I got distracted by hearing some
"moo... moo's!!!..."
I went to point and talk to the cows!

Here I am posing in front of the
moo-moo barn!
I'm such a happy boy today!

Time to find the perfect pumpkin...
Here it is!!!

Thanks grandma... what a great day!

School!

You may not be able to see all of my lovely first
day of school pictures... but here they are!!!
As you can see, I was more then ready for school
and SO excited to be there!
There were so many new toys.
I got to serve myself lunch, wash my own hands,
and even sit in circle time!
The teacher told mommy that I did perfectly!
I cannot wait to go back!

Oh goodness...

So I have been one busy boy...
GOOD NEWS... I have started "school"
Hopefully mommy can post the pictures this weekend.
In the meantime, here are some pictures
of me at Grandma and Poppys house...
I am enjoying some pasta.
Mommy decided I should model.
I am so very handsome and photogenic
in the autumn leaves...

I think I may just have the best life in the whole wide world...
Thank you everyone! XO
