Little Fishy...

Mommy got to come watch me swim today,

I have gotten even better since the last one she watched!

I am so comfortable in the water and

I still LOVE my teacher Hailey.

I kicked and splashed and even swam
a little on my own using my own
unique version of the breaststroke :)

Then it was out of the pool
sporting some serious Goggle-Eyes...

and my favorite part of the lesson,

shower time!!!!!

Note: the face I am making in this picture

was due to me filling up my mouth with water,

then subsequently spitting it right on mommy

about two seconds after this photo was taken...

I am such a thoughtful little boy!!

Night at the Ball Fields...

Thursday I got to go watch

Grandpa Bobby play ball!!

I LOVED to cheer him on...

and when the game was over, it was my turn!

Beating the Heat...

FINALLY it felt like Summer yesterday...

After playing at Lion's Park, I enjoyed a

little lunch at Grandma Lady's

with my new favorite stick...

Then, it was time to crank up the sprinkler!
And the only way to fully enjoy
days like this is completely in the nude...

I had SO much fun with the water...

and mommy even got to lay in the sun, her favorite!

Berry Dairy Days Parade

Cindy and Poppy invited mommy and I

to the Berry Dairy Days Parade

last weekend...

It is like it was made just for me :)

I got SO excited about this train

(after being scared that it was too loud...)

I wanted it to come back!

Thanks for inviting us, we had so much fun!

Camping!!!

Last night, mommy and I got to go camping

at Bayview State Park!!!

Some of my very favorite people were there...

including my namesake, Loretta!!

Jackie read me one of my favorite books...
and Jack and I had almost the same shoes!

Then it was time for bed...

I got to sleep on a bunk bed, I was SO excited

(but mommy made me sleep on the bottom :( )

In the morning we headed to

Nancy and Loretta's motorhome,

where I got to whip up a batch of pancakes!

And watch a little Curious George.

Then mommy and I walked down to the beach...

It was such a beautiful morning,

and we were the only people there!

I got to throw rocks and climb to my hearts content...

And be very sneaky for mommy!

Dinner at Dee-Dee's

Tuesday night Mommy and I

headed for "Dee Dee" and James'

house to BBQ!!!

Here I am with Dee-Dee and her new Dog, Chowder!

I LOVED Chowder, I threw his squeaky toys

again and again and again...

until one went over the fence and one went

on the roof into the gutter...

I have a VERY good arm!

Yet, despite all this fun,

and my bowl of strawberries and whipped cream,

I still managed to make "the face" for Mommy...

She just seems to love me more despite it!

Sunny Saturday Night!

What a beautiful day we finally had!!

I got to hit the pavement with my bike...

And have Grandma Lady over to play!!

We finished my train, which I said looked
JUST like Thomas...

We read my favorite books outside...

And even got to do bubbles!!!

Can you tell I was having fun?!

What a fantastic evening!

Morning and Night...

Good thing today was a work day for mommy...

because I was up and ready to play

at 6:30 A.M. ...

Mommy made me some hot cocoa

then Grandma Lady got here to play

and she headed off to work...

What seemed like the blink of an eye later,

it was time to head to bed for the night with

my best buddy Gilbert...

Neither mommy or I can wait for 10 more

school days, when we can just be

home and spend ALL day together :)
