Sunday at the park...

Mommy and I were playing at

Lions Park today...

When in the distance, I heard a faint noise...
One of the sweetest sounds in the world...

Chugga-Chugga, Chugga-Chugga CHOO-CHOO!!!

It made the beautiful day

even better!!

Making the most of it...

It was a soggy Saturday today...

But mommy and I managed to sneak out

and enjoy some fresh air in the sprinkles...

We headed to Storvik Park in Anacortes,
pretty much the coolest park around..

I am constantly reminding mommy to seize the day!!

Me and George...

One of my favorite things over the past

few months has been Curious George.

So you can imagine my happiness

when Papa gave me this HUGE Curious George

at dinner tonight!

I was SO happy, and kept wanting to hug him.

Thank you Papa, it must be something about the name George...

Busy as a bee...

I have been so busy this past week

with my full time dream job at Costco,

that I dont have anything to post...

I promise to post this weekend when I have some time off!

The biggest fish in the sea!!

I have been taking swimming lessons

at the health club the last couple weeks...

Mommy FINALLY got to come watch me today,

and I LOVED to show her what I have learned so far...

My teacher's name is Hailey,

and I LOVE her!!

She makes everything so fun,

and I have gotten pretty confident in the water!

Everytime I swam in front of mommy and daddy,

I would look up and smile,

(and then purposely kick my feet as hard

as I could to splash them and LAUGH!!!)

I was pretty proud of myself, and am already looking forward to next time!

A picture is worth a thousand words...

Yesterday mommy and I picked up

"my best buddy" Aiden and took him

with us to Jungle Playland.

This is the only picture mommy managed to capture

of the two of us, but it was more of what

we were saying then doing that was memorable...

Mommy heard us talking in the backseat declaring

that we were "BEST FRIENDS!" and talking

about all sorts of boy things like tractors and hot wheels.

Mommy's heart was just melting in the front seat

realizing that I indeed have my first real friend,

just one more step on the path of growing up!

Bowling with Papa!

Tonight Papa came over to my house

to play and have dinner!!

We decided to try our

hand at bowling!

I took some time to do my stretches...

Then Papa helped get it set up just right.

Of course I had to make a few adjustments :)

And my first roll down.... STRIKE!!!

I love you so much Papa, you are so fun to play with!

Terrific Tuesday...

This afternoon when mommy

picked me up from Daddy's house,

we headed straight for Jungle Playland!

It was Patience's 5th birthday party,

and lots of family was there!!

"DeeDee" and James turned into my
favorite friends for the evening,
and we went down the slides together
oodles and oodles of times!

Here I am with my second cousins Riley and
Patience, the birthday girl!

Then it was back to mommy's house to

do one of my favorite things right now, BUILD!

Day with Grandma Cindy...

Friday I got to spend the day with Grandma Cindy!

We started out by baking a cake,

just like my favorite boy, Caillou!

Then it was off to get my haircut,

rumor has it that it is VERY, VERY short!
After being such a good boy for the Barber,
Grandma Cindy took me to my
new favorite, "Lions Park"
right by the river!

If the day wasnt already fun enough,
a train just happened to go by as
I was playing...


Now anyone who has been
around me the last few months
will probably recognize this
"interesting" move of mine that
I make when I am VERY excited...


After all of that adrenaline,
it was time to head back to see Poppy
for an afternoon happy hour!

I love my graham crackers just like
I love my Grandma! Thanks for a wonderful day!!

Mommy's Classroom...

I got to go with Grandma Lady

today to Mommy's classroom!

They were doing a special Valentine's Day project,

and I got to help

(=supervise from mommy's desk eating smarties...)

All mommy's students thought I was

pretty darn cute!
And I think I finally understand
why mommy is not always
in the most patient mood
when she gets home from work... :)
