Hospital Part 2

Well, we ended up at the hospital AGAIN

on Wednesday night...

After a very long ER visit, the DR.

ended up admitting me,

And we just got home a little bit ago

this afternoon (Friday) .

I was absolutely miserable,

but we weren't sure what was wrong...
I ended up testing positive for Rotavirus.
Massive Vomiting, Diarrhea, and
serious Dehydration made my
last couple of days just awful.

After lots and lots of rest and
IV fluids, they sent me home.
I am pretty wiped out,
but hope to be on the recovery end of things now.

I even ate some ice today,

big improvement for me!

Thanks to everyone who kept me

in their thoughts and prayers,

we were pretty scared!

A long, long night!

I woke up yesterday with a tummy ache,

and I got very, very sick all day...

By the time mommy picked me up and got

me home after work,

all I wanted to do was lay on the floor

and throw up...

SO, we had to go to the ER...

We got there at 7:00 and didnt get home until

nearly 2:00 AM...

Daddy tried to cheer me up
with Elmo, as you can see
it did not work.


But after a long period of getting IV fluids
and being a very brave boy,
I got a red popsicle...
that helped a little.

I am happy to report I am feeling a LITTLE
better today and have not
thrown up at all yet!

Superman Spencer!

Tonight mommy and I went

to Papa and Grandma's for dinner!

I had so much fun playing outside,

especially on this swing...

Then, as I was swinging,

I decided to play

with my new cape...
It made swinging so much better!

Sweet Treats...

Mommy and I stopped at Grandma's house

on our way home today...

There is always bound to be something

yummy there for me!

As you can see,

I found pudding, a popsicle,

and had my favorite book!

Although you cannot tell from my face,

I LOVED every minute of it!

Wednesday at Grandma Cindy's...

It was a beautiful day,

so of course we headed outside...

And she made the little known mistake

of giving ME the power of holding the hose!

Once you give it to me,

the only way to get it back is to let me

spray you with a direct hit!

Needless to say, that kept me

entertained for awhile!

Then, it was time to check out the

amazing slide set Poppy has been building for me!

I finally made it to the top,

and although the slide was hot,

I have to say I LOVED IT!


Thank you Poppy and Grandma for taking
such great care of me!

after work!
AND, what could make our afternoon
any better then grandma stopping by too??!!

Papa's House

Mommy picked me up from school today

and we headed down to Papa and Grandma Joyce's house!

I love my papa so much!

I was playing in the yard...
life cant get much better then this
on a day like today!

and we had a wonderful afternoon together!
